It's leadership with a higher purpose — grounded in character, service and the dignity of people, and built for the everyday marketplace. When leaders grow, the people and organisations around them grow too.
The Global Leadership Summit began near Chicago in 1995 and has grown into one of the world's largest leadership gatherings. Today the Global Leadership Network reaches leaders in more than 135 countries — and Singapore is proudly part of that story.
A small local team believed Singapore's leaders deserved a front-row seat to the world's best leadership thinking — so they brought the Summit home, and Singapore became the very first Global Leadership Summit site in Asia.
Twenty years on, more than 15,000 leaders across the marketplace, the community and the church have grown with us. What began as one gathering has become a movement of Singapore leaders getting better, together — and opening the door for the rest of the region to follow.
