Why the ALDF

Growing leaders across the whole region

The Asian Leadership Development Fund is GLN Asia's fund for developing leaders across the Global Leadership Network in Asia. It helps run the Global Leadership Summit and our events here in Singapore, strengthens the work at every site in the region, and extends greater support to countries where resources are limited and the movement is still taking root.

Gifts to the fund are pooled across the region, and GLN Asia directs them to where they will make the greatest difference — subsidising seats, training local facilitators, localising content and helping new sites get started. When leaders across Asia grow, the whole region moves forward.

Yes. Every gift is handled with integrity by GLN Asia, which presents the Global Leadership Network in Singapore. We send secure PayNow / bank-transfer details and a receipt for every gift — we never ask for card details by email.

How is the ALDF used?

The Asian Leadership Development Fund supports leadership development across the GLN Asia region. It helps run the Global Leadership Summit and our events here in Singapore, strengthens established sites, and extends greater support to countries where resources are limited — funding things like the Summit and events, subsidised seats, training for local facilitators, localised content and new sites. GLN Asia directs each gift to where it will have the greatest impact.

Can I give monthly?

Absolutely — and it's the most powerful way to give. A regular monthly gift lets us plan ahead, commit to sites, and walk with leaders over the long term. Choose Monthly in the giving box above.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. We issue a receipt for every gift. If you'd like a giving statement for a period, or you're considering a larger or ongoing gift, just let us know.

Can my company or church give?

Yes. Organisations, churches and businesses can sponsor a whole site, country or cohort of leaders. Email give@globalleadership.sg and we'll find the best way to partner.
